Continuing Education

Saad Healthcare is committed to having the best staff in our markets. We back up that commitment by providing continuing education as an included benefit to our full time healthcare employees. We offer some of the best coursework in the industry and encourage our employees to pursue new certifications that will both add new skills to employees and enhance our healthcare offerings to those we serve.

Safe Harbor 401(k) matching plan

Saad Healthcare offers its employees the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) plan, enabling them to save for retirement in the most convenient and tax-advantageous way possible. Qualifying contributions can be exempt from current federal income taxes or can be made as Roth elective deferrals, and the company matches employee contributions (subject to certain limitations).

PDO (paid days off) Accrural

Our employees are given a number of paid days off per year. Unused PDOs do not expire but continue, allowing employees to use them for vacation, sick time, holidays, or personal time as best fit their needs.


Employees are given a range of health, dental, and vision insurance options with employer contributions.
