Home Health Aides – Mobile Office

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to work in our Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty programs. We have both full and part-time positions available.
You will provide personal assistance for patients, assuring that patients receive the highest level of home health and rehabilitative care. You will assist the patient with personal needs as outlined in the patient’s care plan established by the physician, supervising nurse, or case manager. You will also observe and report to a supervisor any deviation from the patient’s usual mental and physical status. You will be responsible for keeping records of visits and services rendered to the patient.
You should have a caring temperament, enjoy working with elderly and ill people, possess good communication skills, and have a high level of initiative. You should be able to work in a team atmosphere and be able to understand and follow instructions.

You must have a current valid CNA license. Home health experience is recommended but not required. You must have a valid Alabama drivers license and car insurance.
