Saad Employees Collect Donations for Hurricane Harvey Relief

Saad Healthcare employees responded to the needs created in Texas by Hurricane Harvey with love, compassion, and action! When the City of Pritchard approached us, through one of our nurses, Ophelia Dixon, to ask if we would help with a drive they were organizing in connection with the United States National Reserves Corp. – EMS to collect bottled water, diapers, canned goods, baby formula, and other non-perishable goods for hurricane disaster relief, our employees stepped up to the plate. Over a period of just three days, they brought in armfuls of goods, and Saad Healthcare itself contributed medical supplies and equipment. When the truck from South Alabama Search and Rescue pulled up to our loading dock on Saturday morning, September 2, they were able to load up six full pallets to take to Beaumont, Texas, to help out in the humanitarian crisis there!
