Saad Healthcare Hosts Health Fair and Ribbon Cutting in Foley
October 11, 2013
On Thursday, October 10, Saad Healthcare formally christened our newest location with a health fair and ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new office is located at Peachtree Professional Center, 1813 North McKenzie Street, in Foley, and has been opened to serve our patients in central and south Baldwin County. Approximately ten nurses and therapists work out of the new Foley office, caring for patients in the area.
The health fair featured free health screenings (cholesterol, blood glucose, and blood pressure checks), $5 flu shots, a wide variety of health information, as well as refreshments, giveaways, and drawings.
The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce joined in the ribbon-cutting to welcome the new office to the area. The South Baldwin Chamber serves more than 800 members representing a large variety of businesses and is dedicated to enhancing the local economy by providing information, services, leadership, and vision.
Phillip S. Fulgham, third generation owner of Saad Healthcare and Director of Business Development, was enthusiastic about the new office. “Our company has been serving this community for over 20 years, and today we are proud to open a Foley office to expand our presence and care in this community. Our care is a legacy given to us by a previous generation who were dedicated to the delivery of high-quality health care and who made sacrifices to that end. We have a special obligation to continue to place the highest value on excellence in all we do.”
