IT Support Technician - Mobile Offdice –

Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for an IT Support person. Responsibilities will include support and configuration of Android tablets and Windows computers. HelpDesk support on these items may also be needed.

The immediate request is for the candidate to provide support and configuration of Android tablets. Knowledge of Android Debug Bridge (ADB) and basic knowledge of Android OS will be required. Knowledge of inventory practices will be needed as well.

As the IT Department supports a multi-location business, knowledge of computer hardware and software will be needed to help troubleshoot in a HelpDesk environment. Knowledge of Windows 7 through 10 and the Google Ecosystem will be needed.

The applicant should have two years' experience in IT support.

Required Knowledge:
The applicant must be proficient with ADB, Android OS, Windows OS, and the Google environment.
